1. Is there heating in the apartment?
Yes, our house is warm all year round. We have installed a modern infrared heating system which makes the bungalow cozy even in the coldest weather conditions.
2. What is the check-in/out time?
The check-in time in our apartment is 4:00 p.m., and the check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
3. Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome after prior notification and an additional charge, which is PLN 70 per day.
4. What is the breakfast time?
Breakfast in the form of a picnic basket is delivered to the terrace between 8/9:00 a.m.
Of course, if the situation requires it, we are ready to deliver the breakfast basket earlier.
5. Is there a car park on site?
Yes, there is a large, unguarded FREE parking lot next to the overwater bungalow.
6. Are there any additional charges for the SPA?
SPA is an additional option, which requires a fee:
*hot tub 300 zł/first day
*wood-fired sauna 300 zł/first day
*hot tub + sauna 400 zł/first day
*Each subsequent day 50% Discount
❗The service must be ordered not later than 24 hours before the arrival.
❗ The SPA platform can be used only by the people who are staying in the bungalow.
The presence of any additional, unregistered person in the SPA Zone is a breach of the house rules, which results in a charge of PLN 150 per person.

7. What are the reception working hours?
We do not have a reception desk in our apartment.
Guests are greeted personally by the host or given a key box code with some videos presenting how to make yourself at home at Costa del Kryspi.
8. How many guests can the house accommodate?
The bungalow has 2 bedrooms with a double bed each and a sofa bed in the common area so 6 people can sleep there comfortably.
The overwater bungalow is registered for up to 6 people and, for safety reasons, this is the maximum number of persons allowed.
❗Each additional, unregistered person staying in the Apartment on the Water is a breach of the house rules, which results in a fee of PLN 150 per person.
9. Can I swim in the lake?
Our lake has some guarded bathing areas.
Bathing outside the designated areas is allowed, however, only at your own risk.
